You may return most new, unopened items (where seals exist on packaging etc) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We will not accept returns of items that have had the swing tags removed where present. If the item / goods have had the swing tag removed then we will not accept the return of the item / goods. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, the following items may not be returned: personalised good / goods made to a customer's specifications.

The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. All original packing and labeling must be included with the returned item. Where your order is returned to us within 14 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, your original postage and packing charge (but not your return postage costs) will also be reimbursed in full.

This is with the exception of multiple items that have been ordered for comparison reasons. The items will be refunded with the exception of postage.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or Paypal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns Instructions By Post:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Please package the merchandise to prevent damage, all items must be sealed in plastic before parcelling to avoid water damage in transit) enclosing the tear-off return slip that was in the original package having written the return number that you obtained from your account refund facility on our website.

Please be sure to include your name, address and telephone number and send the merchandise using registered post or other secure and insured method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.

Please make sure that you ask for the goods to be insured up to the level of the original inclusive price as will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost by your chosen postal service.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid.

Postage or other return costs will be the customerís responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
